Regrettably, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges due to our limited inventory. In the event that your item arrives damaged or if you're dissatisfied, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. We'll make every effort to find a suitable resolution. To initiate a return, valid proof is essential. For instance, if you receive a damaged chain, an image must be provided within 14 days of delivery along with the return request.

To start a return, you can contact us at  createrystyles@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to follow the requirement below:

  • You are required to initiate your return request within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • In your email, include your order number and the item(s) you intend to return.
  • The item(s) must be securely packed in their original condition within their initial packaging.
  • To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required for processing the return.

Please ensure that the return is pre-authorized by our team before sending the item(s) back to us. Any unauthorized returns will be declined and returned to you.

    Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return request is authorized, the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the delivery date for us to proceed with the refund process.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please be aware that both the return and original shipping expenses will be subtracted from your refund.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at  createrystyles@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Please include a picture of the damaged/defective area, along with an image of the item itself. In case of a missing item, provide a photo of the items received and specify the missing item. Please include your first and last name, as well as your order number.

    Exchanges for damaged/defective items are shipped back to you at no cost, limited to one occurrence per transaction.

    Exceptions / non-refundable & non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale item(s), last chance item(s), clearance item(s) or gift card(s).

    No Exchanges

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Lost or Stolen Packages
    Please ensure that the correct mailing address is provided to avoid issues with delivery. If an item is not received due to an incorrect address, any re-shipping costs will be your responsibility. Monitoring your delivery day allows you to track the package's progress. In cases where a package is marked as delivered but not received, contacting the delivering post office is advised. They have the capability to check GPS coordinates to determine the carrier's location during the package scan. It's important to note that package theft isn't covered by shipping insurance, and replacements won't be provided at our expense.

    Createry Styles bears no responsibility for any lost or damaged products. The customer is fully accountable for any loss, theft, or damage incurred by these items.

    Returned Order

    In the event of a return due to reasons such as an insufficient address, unclaimed mail, an unknown or relocated addressee, or refusal by the addressee, a refund will be initiated only upon receipt of the returned package. The refund will be the Total Cost minus the shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee. Should you request re-shipment, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

    Shipping Return Order

    You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

    The time it takes for your returned item(s) to reach us and for exchanged (applicable only to damaged/defective/missing items) product(s) to reach you may vary depending on your location.

    For return item(s) valued over $30, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item(s).
