Shipping
What is the estimated time for order delivery?
Our standard product processing time is currently 2-5 business days, while clothing and custom items take 5-10 business days. Once your item is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping durations may vary based on your location and are beyond our control once the package is shipped. Generally, expect delivery within 7-20 business days after the package has been sent.
If you require your order by a specific date, please reach out to us via Instagram or Email, and we'll endeavor to prioritize your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive confirmation via email or text, including a tracking number. Most orders are shipped via Yun Express. To track your order, click here and input your tracking details.
How can I change my shipping address?
If you've entered an incorrect address or wish to change the shipping details, please get in touch with us within 6 hours of your purchase. Kindly send an email to createrystyles@gmail.com, including your name and order number.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We currently provide worldwide shipping. Please note that depending on your country, additional duty/customs fees might be applicable, which are beyond our control. For queries regarding these fees, please contact your local post office.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my product?
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to limited inventory. If your item arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to find a resolution. Returns require valid proof (e.g., if a broken chain is received, an image must be sent within 7 days of delivery along with the return request). Refer to our Refund Policy.

For maintaining your clothing, avoid using a dryer machine for drying. Refrain from bleaching and opt for washing with cold water to preserve the quality of your garments.
How to take care of my jewelry?
To preserve the quality of your jewelry, it's essential to avoid prolonged water exposure or promptly dry it after contact with water. Handle it delicately to prevent scratches on the pendant and avoid forcing the clasp.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?
While stainless steel is water-resistant, 18k plated jewelry isn't recommended for prolonged submersion, as it may cause peeling. To uphold its quality, it's advisable not to wear it in situations involving extended water exposure, such as showering or swimming. If it comes into contact with water, ensure it's thoroughly dried immediately afterward.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic and resistant to rust or discoloration?
Our jewelry is made of high-quality, hypoallergenic, 18k vacuum-plated stainless steel. When properly maintained, it won't tarnish, change color, or cause skin discoloration.

The embroidered design is perfect (not a loose thread in sight!), and it’s so comfy and soft. I got it in dark green, and the color is true to the pictures (looks a bit different in my attached photo though because of the lighting) 💚 it even came with some stickers and a keychain 🥺
I am won over by the two sweaters I bought. The quality is incredible. They look exactly like the pictures. A little weird thing, I took the two L sweaters and yet they are not the same size. One of the sweaters is “fit” while the other is “over size”. It doesn't bother me at all, it's two different styles but I preferred to notify you. The little touches (stickers, little card, key ring and necklace) are so cute and it made me so happy! I am totally in love with the order, I have already recommended your brand to my friends.

One of the bests purchases I’ve ever made! The quality is so good, I dropped it by accident on the flor a few times and it didn’t even make a scratch, it keeps my water very cold for a long time, I use it to go to work, I put ice in the morning, and when I’m leaving in the afternoon the ice didn’t melt completely, is so good, plus is one of the most pretty bottles I’ve purchased, I’ve got a log of compliments, I live in Brazil and we don’t have designs for flasks like this here, it didn’t take too long to arrive and it was very well wrapped, I loved it so much

Looks just like the picture. The writing looks amazing. Love this piece with the bottom of my heart. Also got a key ring, two stickers, a card and an extra chain that was shorter. Only thing is that when you open it the circle inside doesn’t drop into the middle but stays to one side. I took a normal chain and it was a bit long. Length can’t be adjusted.
